Electric cylinders are self-locking, which means that no energy needs to be supplied during standstill. This makes electric cylinders an interesting alternative to pneumatic and hydraulic actuators. Powerful DC motors, signal lines, potentiometers and Hall IC for position detection, as well as integrated limit switches thus serve the most common requirements in an uncomplicated way.

LD1000C Electric cylinders with integrated controller

The electric cylinder LD1000C is designed for flexibility, robustness and operational safety and therefore especially for the use in extreme conditions. With its sturdy die-cast aluminum housing, high temperature resistance, a stainless steel push rod and IP69K protection, it withstands extreme environmental influences and is ideally suited for outdoor applications even in extreme heat and cold.
The key feature, however, is the integrated controller. Via programmable functions, the linear drives can be flexibly adapted to your tasks. Both for single drives and for synchronous operation of several axes, the user has countless options at their disposal.

LZ60 electric cylinder (performance class 2)

The completely equipped electric cylinders already contain the motor-gear unit including motor brake, 2-channel Hall-IC sensor and two limit switches. All connection cables are led out directly to make commissioning convenient, especially with regard to PLC operation. The connection mounting of the electric cylinder is compatible with commercially available pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders. The LZ60 linear actuator is available in a rod (S) version and a parallel (P) version.

LZ 80 electric cylinder (heavy duty cylinder)

The LZ 80 can be adapted with either three-phase or servo motors. The high tensile and compressive forces of the LZ 80 PL (PowerLine) up to 10,000 newtons are impressive. The LZ 80 FL (FastLine), on the other hand, achieves speeds of up to 288 millimeters per second. The IP 54 protection class, the duty cycle of up to 100% and the extensive accessories make the LZ 80 an all-rounder suitable for industrial use.

Electric cylinder SLZ 63 (heavy duty cylinder)

Due to the parallel mounting of the motor, the SLZ 63 heavy-duty cylinder has an optimum installation-stroke ratio. Its maximum stroke length is 1,000 mm, but up to 1,500 mm stroke is also possible on request. The SLZ 63 can be flexibly integrated into a wide variety of applications thanks to grooves in the outer profile and connection dimensions in accordance with DIN ISO 15552.
